Cancellation Policy

Welcome to LEAD, The Success Coach Company! Before you proceed with accessing or using any of our membership programs, please carefully read and understand the following detailed Cancellation Policy. By
making payment, subscribing, accessing or using our membership programs, you agree to be bound by these terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from making payment, subscribing, accessing or using our membership programs.
1. Membership Duration
All of our programs operate on either a monthly or yearly
subscription basis. On occasion, our yearly subscription may come with
additional “free” time, as an incentive to sign up for a yearly subscription
plan.
2. Cancellation After Signing Up
All payments made after the initial 1st day are considered nonrefundable.
We do not provide credits or refunds for partially used subscriptions. However,
upon cancellation, access to the membership program will continue through the
end of the current billing cycle. Prorated refunds for unused days are not
offered if you cancel. Our policy grants no refunds after you have signed up.
3. Cancellation Procedure
Clients have the flexibility to cancel their subscription at
any time. Your monthly payment is charged on the same day each month, aligned
with the start date of your subscription If you have chosen a yearly payment,
your payment is charged on the same day each year after your initial
subscription plus any free time that may have been given as an incentive to
purchase an annual plan. If you decide to cancel, we request a written notice
of cancellation at least 30 days before your desired cancellation date. The
last payment will be charged if the notice is provided within 29 days before
the cancellation date.
4. Effects of Cancellation
Upon cancellation, your access to the membership
subscription and all the services, and its materials will be removed. You will
not receive any additional support or content. If you wish to rejoin the
membership in the future, your previous support tickets, chat history, and
onboardings may not be accessible
5. Cancellation Notification and Confirmation
When initiating a cancellation request, our team will
acknowledge receipt within 2 business days, confirming that your request is in
process. Upon successful cancellation, you will receive a confirmation email
with the cancellation date.
6. Termination by the Company
LEAD, The Success Coach Company reserves the right to
terminate a user's membership subscription or access to programs and materials
in cases of violation of our terms of service or misuse of our membership
programs. Agency Owners will be notified in such cases, and termination will be
in accordance with our terms of service.
7. Policy Update Provision
We reserve the right to update this Policy at any time. The
updated policy will be posted on this page with a revised "last
updated" date. Agency Owners will be notified of significant changes via a
prominent notice on our Website
Cancellation Process for LEAD, The Success Coach Company
To cancel your subscription, please follow these steps:
1. Send an Email : Email us at [email protected] from
the email address associated with the Agency Owners account with LEAD, The Success Coach Company.
2. Subject Line
: In the subject line, indicate
"Cancellation Request."
3. Provide Details
: In the email body, include the
following details: - Agency Owners Full Name, Agency Name, and the
reason for cancellation (your feedback is valuable to us)
4. Acknowledgment
: Our billing team will acknowledge
receipt of your cancellation request within 2 business days.
5. Refund Eligibility
: While refunds are not
permitted, there may be times where a one-time courtesy may be granted. These
are reviewed by senior management on a case by case basis and are not
guaranteed. Should a refund be granted any free time that was given as an
incentive for signing up will be forfeited. Refunds will be processed typically
within 7-14 business days after confirmation.
6. Continued Access
: For cancellations, access to the
services, materials and programs will continue until the end of the current
billing cycle. You will not be billed for any subsequent periods.
